Journalist interviewed members of department for article on crowdsourcing

Crowdsourcing is becoming increasingly popular and draws attention of researchers and students alike.

Journalist Joris Kooiman interviewed two of our (former) MSc Marketing students of our department and Mirella Kleijnen (staff member) for his article on crowdsourcing in ‘Financieel Dagblad’.

Crowdsourcing is a topic that is increasingly gaining attention from academics as well as practitioners. While its popularity is increasing, questions are also raised about the effectiveness of this new way  of innovating.
