Steven ten Have nominated for re-appointment to the Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO

The Supervisory Board of ABN AMRO Group will nominate Steven ten Have, Professor of Strategy & Change Management, for re-appointment as member of the Supervisory Board during the Annual General Meeting of 29 May 2018 for a maximum term of 2 years. His re-appointment will result in a total term in excess of eight years.

The Supervisory Board proposes the re-appointment to ensure continuity of the board, given the changes in its composition that were announced earlier. As Vice-Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Steven ten Have temporarily assumes the duties of Chairman of the Supervisory Board until a new Chairman has been appointed. The re-appointment of Steven ten Have will be subject to regulatory approval (to the extent required).

Steven ten HaveSteven ten Have is Professor of Strategy & Change Management at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. He started his career with Berenschot Groep B.V. as an advisor in strategy and management. He further held the positions of managing director, Director Berenschot Corporate and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Berenschot Groep.  In 2004, he co-founded Ten Have Change Management. Ten Have Change Management advises primarily medium-sized and large organizations in organizational change, strategy, restructuring and corporate governance.
